In order to continue meeting our customer needs, Volmech is now using VIDA, one of the most recent and innovative tools released by Volvo.

VIDA stands for “(Volvo) Vehicle Information Diagnostics for Aftersales” and until recently this system has previously only been available to dealerships.

VIDA is a first class computerised aid to fully diagnose and properly repair/service 1999 and later Volvo models. VIDA supports workshops in repairing and servicing Volvo vehicles, by providing service information, parts information, diagnostic fault tracing and software downloads integrated into one single application.

All of our technicians are trained to utilise VIDA, as we strive for complete customer satisfaction.

The solution also ties parts and service information into a software manager for ordering and downloading software to repair faults and update onboard electronic control units (ECU).
