We don't intend here to give you some pre-scripted Quality Statement taken from some Management Training Seminar. Instead we shall put in plain English ,just what VOLMECH stands for and aims to provide to our customers. Volmech has a simple but effective approach to Quality. We simply strive to do our job well. Nothing more, nothing less.

That is to provide a dependable, friendly service so that our Customers feel comfortable with leaving their car in our hands, in the knowledge that the work will be done carefully and professionally, at a fair price. No fear of shoddy work, no fear of rip offs.

VOLMECH deliberately sets out to present the 'corner shop' approach, in terms of friendliness and ambience . A place where the customer can find the personal touch, approach the technician and speak about the work that is being done - after all it is his/her valuable car. You will find a natural and friendly working atmosphere that we have instilled since our doors first opened in 1988. Friendly service costs nothing.

This may be taboo, but we believe some ladies may be intimated, or feel they are being ripped off, when dealing with maintenance garages. That is another deliberate approach by VOLMECH, to rid of that underlying feeling. We have many female customers who personally visit our garage, content in the knowledge that they are being properly listened to and respected.

Technicians: Our five technicians and are well trained individuals with many years combined experience working with Volvo and other manufacturers cars. We have a stable team for the past eight years, resulting in a close knit, well oiled (excuse the pun) operation.

Our 'front man' Paul, who deals directly with Customers enquiries and visits, is a personable character who is Volvo knowledgeable to be our first line of response.

We feel that we have the ideal team here at VOLMECH. A team that has deliberately assembled to help VOLMECH achieve our quality targets. A team that you will feel comfortable with.

FOOTNOTE: The damaging investigation results that appeared in the press, in September 2004, regarding the negligence of maintenance garages in the UK are disturbing. The articles exposed many garages who did not carry out their work thoroughly, overlooking vital safety checks. We can assure you that Volmech take our responsibilities and promises very seriously indeed, and we can guarantee that we carry out all activities carefully and professionally to ensure your car is safe and efficient.
